Investigation revealed Fountain was intoxicated during this accident. Fountain was charged with DUI, Reckless Driving, Leaving Scene of Accident, and failure of Immediate Notice of Accident. |

Officers observed signs of intoxication during the contact and knew Purvis was on conditions of release from a prior case that included not consuming alcohol. Purvis admitted to the offense and was subsequently arrested. |

The owner of the wallet later came to retrieve his wallet. |
