Traffic Roads—Officers responded to a disabled vehicle that had been stuck near the Airport for over 3 hours. One of the drivers reported that they had drank a beer approximately 40 minutes before the contact. The driver was advised not to drive. Both vehicles were eventually moved with the assistance of a sober third party. |

Fire Response—Firefighters responded to a reported fire at the City Dock. Upon arrival it was discovered that the fire was manned, however, plastics were being burned illegally. The responsible parties were told where they would be able to apply for a burn permit to burn their organic materials. |
