Release Conditions—Officers observed an individual who was known to be on Conditions of Release in a local liquor establishment. After contacting the individual it was found that their conditions only stated that they were not to consume alcohol. The individual did not display signs of alcohol impairment or consumption and was allowed to leave. It was later discovered the individual may have more conditions. Officers are currently investigating. |

DUI—Officers observed a driver speeding and driving erratically. During the traffic stop, officers discovered the driver to be under the influence of alcohol. Jose Camilo Alfaro, 40 yoa, was ultimately arrested and charged with DUI. |

Upon contacting the employees of the business, it was found that the taxis were indeed not supposed to park where they were, however there was no official signage reflecting this. Officers will be attempting to contact the manager of the business to notify them of this issue. |
