Russell LLC Customer Service and Community Surveys
Unalaska, AK –
Russell Consulting, LLC, which was contracted to initiate a first-ever independent assessment of the Unalaska Department of Public Safety, has released two anonymous, online surveys as part of the evaluation process. The surveys will be available for two weeks, after which Russell LLC will collect the data and incorporate it in their final report.
The Customer Service Survey is an online survey consisting of only 10 questions and is intended for those who recently received service from UDPS personnel – getting a driver’s license, visiting a prisoner, receiving a citation, receiving EMS care, etc.
The Community Survey is designed to solicit feedback and input from both visitors and citizens of Unalaska, regardless of whether they’ve had recent personal contact with UDPS personnel. It contains 33 questions related to quality of life, safety issues and UDPS services. Links to this survey will also be available on the City of Unalaska website and on our Facebook page, and there are flyers posted around town.
We are committed to providing professional public safety services to our community, and hope that members and visitors alike will take time to complete one or both surveys before May 9th. Your opinion counts!
