Officers responded to a report of a vehicle that had been damaged by BB or airsoft pellets. Upon arrival, officers observed a local company owned vehicle that the windows had been shot out of. This is under investigation. |

Officers patrolled the area and located the vehicle at another grocery store with no damage and all the fishing gear still inside. The victims, who did not wish to press charges, were notified of the location. |

Officers contacted the driver who stated the reason for his erratic driving was that he had just purchased the vehicle, and the brakes failed as he was driving it to his residence. The driver stated they were using the curb of the sidewalk to slow the vehicle down while travelling down hills. Officers did not observe any signs of intoxication. |

Puok returned a third time, at which point officers arrested him. |
