Assault—Officers responded to a report of a fight at a local Inn.  Anthony Michael Cervantes, 27 yoa, was arrested for Assault 4; and Justin Richard Banther, 35 yoa, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct.

Noise Disturbance—Dispatch received a report of a noisy neighbor at a local apartment complex.  Officers responded and heard loud music and laughter coming from one of the apartments.  The tenants were contacted and advised to keep it down as some of their neighbors were trying to sleep.

The individual was concerned the employee would be attempting to sell company property. Officers warned the employee not to sell any company property. The rest of the complaint was deemed a civil issue.

Found Property—A diver dropped off a wallet they had found while diving. The wallet was filled with mud and earthworms. The most recent belonging was found to be dated in 2014. The owner was not located.

Trespass—Officers responded to a report of an individual being struck in the face by a crab leg. The individual on the receiving end of the leg was bleeding from the mouth as the force of the crab leg had caused his lip to split open. The victim did not wish to press charges, however the assailant was trespassed from a local cannery for 72 hours as a result.
