Officers arrested Rosas. |

Security met officers and advised officers the individual had been trespassed earlier in the night. Officers recognized the individual and observed the individual was more intoxicated now than during their prior contact. Officers, concerned for the individual’s health due to their high level of intoxication, requested EMS respond. |

Officers were notified that an individual that was on Conditions of Release not to leave Unalaska had been contacted by another law enforcement agency in Sitka. Officers confirmed this with the law enforcement agency, and applied to search the records of a local airline to confirm the individual had left. A return of these records found that the individual had not only left Unalaska, but had left Alaska completely. Officers charged the individual and issued an arrest warrant. |

Upon arrival, officers spoke with the owner of the vehicles, who stated she did not want to press charges against the suspect due to the fact no damage was done to the vehicles. Officers then spoke with the suspect, who apologized for his actions, and stated he had been acting out of anger. The suspect reported he had just been punched. Officers observed swelling to the suspect’s eye. The suspect wished to press charges against his assailant. Officers then responded to the area the assault had taken place. |

Officers were unable to find enough evidence to charge either the assailant or victim. |

Upon arrival, officers spoke with the husband, who informed officers his wife had struck him in the chest during an argument about infidelity. He stated his wife then threatened to leave the residence with their children, which prompted his reporting the situation. The wife admitted to striking her husband on the chest. Neither feared the other. The District Attorney did not believe an arrest was necessary, but suggested separating the couple would be a reasonable solution. The couple was then separated. |
