Request for Proposals
Fire Station and Training Center Feasibility Study

Overview: The City of Unalaska, Alaska, invites qualified consulting firms with expertise in fire station planning and design to submit proposals for conducting a comprehensive feasibility study for the Unalaska Fire Department (UFD). This study aims to evaluate the capacity and suitability of the city’s two fire stations, assess the need for renovation, expansion, or the construction of new facilities, and explore options for a dedicated fire training facility. The goal is to ensure that the fire department’s infrastructure, including operational and training spaces, meets both current needs and future demands for fire protection and emergency services.

Deadline: Proposals must be submitted via email to the City Clerk at [email protected] and Deputy City Clerk at [email protected] by 5:00pm (Alaska Time) on Friday, January 10, 2025.

All questions or inquiries should be directed to:
