Mayoral Veto of Ordinance 2024-15 APVs on roadways
The Mayor has vetoed Ordinance 2024-15. This will be on the agenda for next City Council meeting scheduled January 28, 2025. The Unalaska City Council will have the opportunity to override the mayoral veto per UCO § 2.20.090.
Ordinance 2024-15 (Allowing all Purpose Vehicles on Unalaska's Roadways) is not in effect at this time.
