Request for Quotes - Annual Technical Services Agreement

The City of Unalaska, Department of Public Works, Facilities Maintenance Division, is requesting quotes for Annual Technical Services relating to the Fire Alarm Systems, Sprinkler Systems, and Special Hazard Suppression Systems in facilities owned by the City of Unalaska. Companies interested in responding to this request for quotes shall direct their questions in writing to Jim Shaishnikoff, Acting Facilities Maintenance Manager: [email protected] and Thomas Regan, P.E., Consulting Engineer: [email protected].   The Work initially includes inspections, testing, and certifications for the Fire Alarm Systems, Sprinkler Systems, and/or Special Hazard Suppression Systems at identified City facilities.  Follow-up work includes repairs to items identified during the inspection/testing/certification process using unit costs established on the bid forms.

Quotes and Qualifications must be received at the City of Unalaska City Hall, 43 Raven Way, Unalaska, AK 99685 no later than 2:00 PM on June 28, 2022. Quotes and Qualifications will be accepted before an on the published date, and until the time specified.
