REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
CITYWIDE ROOF ASSESSMENT PROJECT
Overview: The City of Unalaska is requesting proposals from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive assessment of all roofs for City-owned buildings. The purpose of this assessment is to evaluate the current condition fo the roofs, identify any necessary repairs or replacements, and provide recommendations for maintenance and future capital planning.
Deadline: Proposals shall be submitted by February 5, 2025 at 2:00pm. Proposals can be submitted either via email to Marc Kielmeyer, Project Manager at [email protected] or delivered to the following address:
