Sealed Bid Forms will be received until 2:00 p.m. (AKST) on October 9, 2018, and then will be publicly opened and read after all technical scoring is complete.  Any Bid Forms received after the time and date specified will not be considered.

The work will include, but not be limited to, furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, and materials and performing all operations in connection with the CITY OF UNALASKA UMC LAYDOWN AREA. The project includes placement of in-water fill, armor stone, culverts, and bollards.

Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by bid security as prescribed in the Instruction to Bidders, payable to the City of Unalaska, Alaska, in an amount not less than 5 (five) percent of the Total Bid amount.   The successful bidder will be required to furnish the necessary additional bond(s) for the faithful performance of the Contract, as prescribed in the Bidding Documents.

A prebid tele-conference will be held on September 18, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the City of Unalaska Department of Public Works and PND Engineers, Inc.  A site visit by all Bidders is recommended.  All visitors must check in at the Department of Ports & Harbors as described in Article 5 of the Instructions to Bidders.  A site walkthrough will be held following the prebid teleconference.
