The City of Unalaska (the City), Department of Public Works, Facilities Maintenance Division, is requesting Proposals for the FY2023-FY2025 DOMESTIC WATER SYSTEM ANNUAL BACKFLOW PREVENTION ASSEMBLY TESTING AND REPAIR - 3-YEAR MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (the Work). The Work includes testing and certifying 64 backflow preventers on an annual basis with up to two (2) one-year renewals and providing maintenance work and upgrades as necessary to maintain fully functional systems meeting regulatory requirements.
Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 PM on Monday, June 27, 2022. Send Proposals electronically in PDF format by email.
