Overview: The City of Unalaska Department of Public Utilities is requesting statements of qualifications from qualified firms, experienced in performing utility rate studies, to perform comprehensive rate studies for electric, water, wastewater and solid waste utilities. The purpose of this RFQ is to evaluate and select a firm that can deliver a comprehensive rate study for the City’s electric, water, wastewater and solid waste utilities no later than April 28, 2025.
