Museum of the Aleutians

The Museum of the Aleutians collects, preserves and shares the human history of Unalaska and the Aleutian Islands region by promoting public awareness of the rich cultural legacy of the people of the Aleutian Islands; by utilizing our collections for educational purposes through exhibits, publications and research; and by facilitating cooperation with other museums and institutions for research and education. Summer Hours (June 1-Aug 31), Tuesday through Sunday, 11am to 5pm (closed Mondays). Winter Hours (Sept 1 - May 30) Tuesday through Saturday, 11am-5pm (closed Sundays and Mondays).
